Our size guide is a general guideline for actual measurement, but there are still some errors in the measurement. Please check out size table for specific size guide for each product. Please keep in mind that some pieces might fit differently depending on the styles, such as the jackets and sweaters which run bigger than the general guidelines. So please choose the most suitable size according to your situation.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I've received a wrong item, what should I do?

Do you refund delivery costs if I return something?

Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect. In any other case, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
